My name is Chris, but all my friends call me Tuggie, and I am a culinary grad from The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago.
What is 'empty belly' about?
My favorite quote is from Julie Child. She says, "The only real stumbling block is fear of failure. In cooking you've got to have a what-the-hell attitude". The greatest thing about cooking is getting to experiment and play around with it. Sometimes you succeed the first time, while others go through several failed attempts (like watermelon pie). The most important thing you can do for yourself is to never become complacent and always continue to learn.
